Roll on any of the areas of arthritis. Back of neck, Back, Shoulders, Hands, Knees. Great for relief for Back Pain, Carpal Tunnel, Sciatic, any Arthritis pain your having. This is a blend initially I made for arthritis in my knees. My husband carries this roll on in his pocket every day to relieve the arthritis in his hands, and it WORKS for him with great Relief ! The oils used in this blend are to help with the build up of lactic acid in the joint, which also relieves the inflammation in the joints with those oils included, then the additional oils for pain.
