Benzoin Resin

Note; Base,  Warm strong Vanilla aroma   Thick and viscous liquid

Because Benzoin is resinous by nature, even the essential oil does not blend as well with water as it does with other essential oils and oil-based lotions. It will gum up a spritzer or nebulizer, I have used in a diffuser but does not dispense well, not good in bath water either. So try to use in roll-on perfumes, lotions, oils, candles, or steam inhalation baths for sinuses. Because of being so thick you will have to warm it in a warm water bath.

Benzoin Uses & Benefits: Respiratory illness, If you suffer from acute or chronic nasal & or chest congestion, you can add a few drops of Benzoin and a drop or two of Eucalyptus to a bowl of steaming water and hold your face over it. Use a towel over your head. Or add a few drops to tissue, or hands & breath for respiratory issues. Remember it`s sticky. May want to add a few drops of carrier oil.

Skin; Psoriasis on your scalp? get rid of the itchy, patches by adding five drop of Benzoin to a mild shampoo , shake well with each use. Skin; Eczema, Acne, Scar, Infections (bacterial & fungal), Wounds, add 4-5 drops to a carrier oil to massage. Arthritic, Rheumatism: Massage affected area, commercially found in Arthritis balms.Etc.
