It cools the mind and improves concentration, focus, study budy, grounding , calming. I couldn`t have gotten through my Aromatherapy schooling with out this roll on. Wonderful for inhalation, use sit quietly for a few minutes and let the blend take hold.
Perfume: For many centuries its been used as a perfume. Will help by adding 1-2 drop to your wrist, neck, and chest as a wonderful perfume to benefit your mind and mood. Also helps to build your immune system. Being sure you don`t have sensitive skin reaction to it, if so dilute with a carrier oil. If you love the aroma use in bath by adding 3-4 drops and soak away the blues, could add a drop of grapefruit and teaspoon of jojoba oil making your own Vetiver Bath. Add vetiver to a cream or, lotion. Make your own calming massage oil by adding 3-5 drops with equal parts of jojoba or another carrier oil to give your skin a clean, moisturizing feel, and leave your mind at peace.
